Four things worth getting right about a consumer cognitive test.
- It is a self-administered online assessment, not a clinical instrument.
- Scores are not a substitute for a proctored, professionally administered IQ test, and are not diagnostic. Please avoid describing them as a clinical or medical result.
- Scores are reported by cognitive domain.
- A single composite figure is only part of the output. The domain breakdown, and the gap between domains, is usually the more interesting story.
- Career matches come from live listings.
- Matches are generated against current job postings, so the same profile can return different roles as the labour market moves.
- The assessments are free to take.

Offline-first assessments
The assessment becomes fully offline-capable: a dropped connection mid-test no longer costs the sitting, and answers sync when the network returns.

Every asset here may be used in editorial coverage of IQ Career Lab without asking us first, in print or online, worldwide, for as long as the piece stays up. That includes the logos, screenshots, lifestyle imagery, video, and the boilerplate. There is no fee and no licence to sign.
We ask three things. Do not alter the logo's colour, proportions, or spacing. Do not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse another product, service, or point of view. And do not resell the assets or pass them off as your own work.
