Our existing gift checkout sells IQ Full Access codes in packs with automatic volume discounts. Each client redeems their own code, completes the full 50-question test, and can access purchased insights. Clients choose whether to share their report or the printable coaching worksheet with you.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a validated clinical IQ test?
No. The proposed coach pilot is an educational career-exploration workflow. Its reports must not be presented as clinical diagnosis, professionally normed psychometric certification, or an independently validated hiring test.
Can this be used to rank job applicants?
No. This pilot is designed for voluntary personal and career development. It is not offered for hiring, promotion, employee selection, or other high-stakes eligibility decisions.
Can my clients see their own results?
Yes. Participants see their own results through the existing IQ Career Lab flow. The coach does not automatically receive scores, answers or personal details. Sharing or exporting a report is the participant's decision. A separate managed coach dashboard is not yet active.
How long is the assessment?
The existing IQ Career Lab Full IQ Test contains 50 questions. A separate 10-question cognitive-strength sampler was built as a technical demonstration and is not the proposed professional assessment. The full test offers a broad result category at no charge; detailed consumer results are currently purchased separately.
Do you already offer organization subscriptions?
Not yet. We are validating the professional product with founding pilot applicants before launching automated invitations, credit management, or recurring billing.
Can coaches purchase multiple assessments?
Yes. IQ Full Access gift codes are available via our existing checkout: 5 or more codes receive 10% off, and 10 or more receive 20% off. The purchaser distributes the codes, but does not gain access to participants' private results. No separate organization subscription is offered yet.
